About Ron

Ron has more than 35 years experience in operational aspects of a large Western Canadian Telecommunications company. With a back-ground in engineering, customer service, project management, and line operations roles. He is eminently qualified to understand the issues faced by individual professionals, organizations and business teams.

In recent years Ron’s prime focus has been on the work-culture aspects of organizations and businesses, including engagement, recognition strategy, customer service skills, communications skills, leadership development, work culture surveys, implementation of culture change plans, vision strategy work shops, and facilitation of challenge resolution with teams. He is a certified facilitator of Human Synergistics Organizational Culture Inventory methodology and a public speaker on these and many other business subjects. He is a business personal and team/organization coach. Ron is an alumni of Coach University.
