Authors & Content Contributors – Wanted!

Great news! Our site has been picked up by Google News feed. This means all articles posted here will be added to Google’s worldwide news. No small feat! It’s a long and arduous journey to get accepted to Google News.

So what’s so cool about Google News? – Articles from Google News get picked up from main stream newspapers and publishers across the world. Google News is often sourced for research and entire articles are reprinted in various medium – including being used by TV and radio.

Now that we will be part of Google Worldwide News feed, WLS Support site members  have a very special opportunity. If you have information or content that you have written about any type of Weight Loss Surgery, obesity or Health information associated to weight loss challenges, then WLS Support is a perfect “Publishing Channel” for you.

If you have original content, then you can be published on our site. You article will be added to the Google Worldwide News Feed automatically. Cool eh??

Here is the basic criteria for publishing:

• Content should be original – “you wrote it”
• You can use other information or articles in your research. Sources should be listed at the bottom of your content
• Your name should be at the bottom of your article identifying you as Author
• You can add your contact info or your website to your author info
• You should send your initial articles or content directly to me: ron.merk@telus.net or use our Contact Us form.
• After we have published your 1st several articles, you can ask us to change your status to “Author” You’ll then be able to publish you content directly to our site.
