Hi Sandi,
I'm a fellow Bandster (also done by Amson). I live in the Interior, but when he did my fill in March, he told me that if I start PB'ing when I got home to go to the Hospital and have the fill removed (ER). Make sure they use a HUBER needle so they don't puncture the Mid Band.
Don't worry – you'll be okay. Let us know how you are after fill removal.

Hi I'm rather new to this site. I had a fill with Dr Amson (love the man) I have a 4 cc band and had 1 cc in and he added 1.2 so now I am at 2.2. I have been very tight and have been on yogert, soups, protein drinks. etc. MY Question is I can get down about 1 boiled egg for late breakfast, lunch 1/4 cup yogert, about 2 oz cheese late afternoon supper 2 tbsp mashed kidney beans and 1 tbsp liverwurst. and at times 2 ozs of cottage cheese. I cannot get down salad or anything not a mushie. Is this normal? Should I just wait for the band to relax and as long as I am getting enough –I am good. No hunger at all I just have to really work at getting my fluids and 2 tbsps at a time in. thanks for any advice
