Hey everyone

I seem to have been able to get all my protein down and all my water down BUT i am not getting very many calories in per day………..Does anyone know how many calories i should be going for???

I don't know what our "aim" is but most of us tend to stay around 500-700 for several months.  It doesn't seem like much, but it is seriously OK.  It WILL increase and usually before you want it to.

If you're getting your protein plus some veg & fruit, lots of water & all of your vitamins, don't sweat the calories.
