Hi Folks!
 
We have some exciting news!
 
Beginning in the new year, Bandsters will have their own meeting in Nanaimo.  So here's the deal.
 
The regular Nanaimo meeting is the third Wednesday of every month from 7-9pm.  Bandsters, or those wishing to learn about the lapband, will meet in the same room at 6:30.  6:30-7:00 will be for band-specific issues, then 7-9 pm is open to all WLS topics.
 
We ask that those who come early for the 7pm meeting be respectful of the band meeting in progress.  You are welcome to listen or join in, but please no chitchat while the lapband meeting is in progress.
 
Of course bandsters are still encouraged to join the main meeting.  We have more in common than we have differences due to type of surgery…  all that stuff that happens above the neck!
 
Please forward this meeting change to anyone who might want/need to know.
