Just saw on CBC news that 11 patients at St Paul's hosptial were sent home. They have eating disorder( anorexia nervousa) and are considered chronic but according to the hospital they don't meet the creteria.  The hospital is not saying what the creteria is. One of the patients weighs 80 pounds.  When this was brought to the media the lady that made the noise is now going to be sent to Alberta  for treatment.  Again B.C. is willing to pay for the treatment away for one than make it available to all here.  I hope this is not the way it is going to go for bariatrics.  Lets hope the meetings in the next couple of days turn into good news.   Let  the rest us know that can't make the meeting know what is going on.   Concerned.   Paige.
