Did you take your vitamins today? If so, please share type, brand and dosage. Tell us why you chose those brands. Cost, quality, etc?

Ron, I have a question on this.  I am three years post op.  I'm sure someone else asked the same question before (just read momjan's statement on anything new)  But do we STILL have to take all those vitamins?  I'm back here on the site thinking I should go back to the beginning, and that includes taking all the vitamins.  I'm still taking some, but not all and "researching" this site to get to the list of vitamins I should take, but also asking myself the question, do I still have to after three years?  Thanks in advance for the help on the question

I got mine at SVN – they were great for delivery and price.  Just about time to re-order.

I'm taking a multi v ,B12 &d3 in drops, calcium, biotin, and I am suppose to take iron, but it gags me so I haven't been taking it. I just buy what ever is on sale for the cheapest price. I'm going to try the new chewable gummy, i hear they are good

Absolutely … Vitamins and supplements are for LIFE. As more time goes by for a post-op, vitamins become more important.

At the very less all RnY post-ops should be taking:

A good multi-vitamin
Calcium citrate
Vitamin D, oil based
Vitamin B12, sub lingual
Iron

Sleeve and Band Post-ops should all be taking:

A good multi-vitamin
