For all you Vancouver Island people, and those who want to visit us, its time to register for the Times-Colonist 10K. Prices go up Feb 1 so register before the end of the month. The race is on Sunday April 29th – you can run, walk or like me lumber your way through one of the most popular runs in Canada. http://www.tc10k.ca/registration/ Don't forget to register for the WLS Biggest Losers team.
