no everyone has not been on facebook. Yes there has been some conversation going on there but this site is still the most valuable place we have. I sure hope everyone hasnt forgotten that important fact.

I haven't been on the computer much at all, been busy with spring cleaning.
|
First visit with Dr. Tang December 2009, second visit June 2010. Switched to Dr. Sampath, first visit April 2011. RNY done on October 17, 2011!!! HW:260 SW:232 CW:176.5 (March 31/12) GW:150

So that's a good point. Our site here has a Facebook Fan page, but doesn't get used much (wonder why??)
Should I take it down and point to the new Facebook group page??

I would be devestated to see this site get taken down Ron. I would rather see the facebook one gone if one had to go. My hope is both can stay and both can be appreciated

nope, you gotta keep this place Ron. the source material here is valuable and awesome. The experience here is fantastic. Facebook is popular because it is immediate and private but it is no place to have a long term discussion. This is definately where someone can come with new questions.
Nothing is happening lately because nothing is happening. there are a lot of rumours abounding but nothing to say out loud. The new site is great but it does need some new comments and authors.

I'm not on Facebook, just been really busy with my mother's deteriorating health.
I come to this site often Ron, and some people come just to look, especially new ones, they may not post but they are checking out the posts until they are comfortable enough to post.

I read the site everyday Ron. Thanks for all your work on the site. I know that the site is here and I truly appreciate it. I know that when I have a question or something to contribute that I can come to this site. Frances
