OMG, my first post in the post op section!!!!! LOL

OK, now that I have that out of my system … I have been on the hunt for apple sauce and can't seem to find any that has less than 5g of sugar in it. Has anybody found an apple sauce that meets the rules, and that you enjoy? Next step is making my own but I tend to be slightly cooking challenged so am searching for other options first :)

Hi Meagan

You can just reduce the portion quantity of one of the lite apple sauces to meet the 5gram criteria. I think I remember looking at a jar and it saying a portion was 8 – 10 grams of sugar. To get under the 5 gram rule, just divide the portion by half.
