The lowest I went after surgery was 159 lbs, and my personal goal was 150 lbs.
Then I gained some and evened out at 165 or so, and bounce back and forth between a five pound loss and gain
over the course of the last year.
Does this mean my body's stopped at this point and this is what I should be, or that I can push and try to get to my
goal?

The best thing you can do right now as my Mom says (she's 11 yrs post op) is to go back to how you were eating right after surgery. I'm not talking about liquids and purees, but really small portions every 2-3 hours. Protein first, veggies , fruits that are low on the GI index. And absolutely no carbs!! lol. She got down to her goal and then gained 20 pounds and her body was staying there until she went back to square one! I hope this is helpful!!
That was my advice for you from her! :)

Thanks for the advice Kerri. I find the same. I went down to my goal weight and gained 10lbs, and its just sitting there, nothing happening, not going up, not going down… . The biggest thing for me to get rid of though is the carbs…It's really really hard… I still eat protein first, then veggies, but always have space for those damn carbs! The other problem I have is, it's just me, so how do you cook for one person without getting "lazy" and just grabbing something at the store on your way home. Something I'm struggling a lot lately :(
