Could I REALLY be out of my "stall"???? Yes I still weigh everyday even though I shouldn't, LOL..but as of this morning the scale MOVED DOWN ****6**** pounds!!! Or could it (meaning the scale) be fooling me? LOL!!! I can't believe it! hehe.

Just 5 more pounds before I reach my FIRST weight I ever weighed on Dr. Amsons scale back in 2006 (and you don't even want to know how much I gained in between visits, lol)!!!

I sure hope this isn't a scale trick and I will be back up tomorrow! I guess tomorrow will tell, hehe!

It has been 4 weeks in a stall and it was making me CRAZY!!!! LOL

I got on the scale 3 times to make sure it wasn't a scale malfunction or something crazy like that, LOL!!!

Oh those precious victories feel soooooooo good..stalls are yucky!  But all part of the process…  Glad you posted your WOW…6lbs at once is huge!  I weigh every day (unless I forget) and I have no problem with it.  I know I will have good days :D and bad days :( and am ok with both ;).  At the beginning it was too exciting not to weigh everyday, now it's just curiosity.  When I stop losing weight all together (a real plateau)  I'll probably just weigh weekly.  But then I don't really know that for sure until I get there.  Here's to more victories!!!  Go Carrie!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats…it's a nice feeling to get out of the slump.
I weigh myself pretty much every morning.  Now I do it to maintain where I am at.  If I lose, great, if not then I know I need to concentrate better on what needs improvement.

Thanks everyone :)

Glad I am not the only one who weighs everyday! I sometimes weigh before bed and if I am  down then I know I will be down in the morning because we all know we weigh less in the morning than we do at night..so I guess you can say I weigh twice a day, tee hee!

I'm beginning to think you and I are twins Carrie, I too weigh myself at night before bed in my nightie only, and then when I wake up in the morning. And just like you think the same thing it will be even lower in the morning. I'm not obsessed just a really curious person and I believe it helps keep me honest as well. Just love all your posts by the way. What is your total loss so far, mine is just about 37lbs so far, feeling pretty stoked. Awesome on the 6 lbs at once I have not had that happen yet.

That's great Carrie, 6 lbs WOW . You seem to be doing really well. I haven't personally had a stall yet but then I'm not losing that fast either and I know I shouldn't compare myself to anyone else.

I only weigh myself once a week, every Monday morning.  For me, I would just get too down on myself when I see how weight can fluctuate everyday.  This just seems to work better for me.

It's just so great to have this tool to a better way of life for ourselves.
Keep up the good work and congratulations.  Shirley

WOW 41lbs is AWESOME! You are doing great.  Remember to take your measurements too because you may be losing inches not weight! I know you know this just thought I would remind you. WTG again.

Thanks Roxeanne!

It's almost time for me to take my measurements again! I have just been feeling down in the dumps lately because someone told me I should be losing more than I have so that has really gotten me down :(

Oh well…what do ya do when the body won't give. I def know its not my eating or exercising..not sure what more I can do except drink even more water, hehe!
