Carrie, you need to stop listening to the bad stuff and focus only on how good you are doing! And yes you are doing fabulous, every body is different. I often wonder if I'm losing fast enough, but what can you compare it to. I'm down 43lbs, go to the gym five days a week, eat well and I feel great. So I am going with I'm doing it the way my body wants to do it, weather it be fast or slow, compared to how someone else has succeeded. Don't get me wrong I notice when others have lost so much in six months, I wonder will that be me, pleeeease…… But I think that me at 7 weeks and you almost, WE ROCK GIRL. Postive thinking goes so far. Deanna

Thanks ladies..I know you guys are right!  The scale moved down 3 pounds since yesterday..I increased my food intake and maybe that had something to do with it? Not sure! But *hopefully* it won't move back up again, LOL!!! KNOCKING ON WOOD!!! LOL

I seriously need to just hide my scale for a month and concentrate on what I have been doing..drinking my water, taking my vitamins, eating healthy on scheduled eating times and exercising and never mind this weighing business *lol*!!!

I had my surgery on August 20 and I have had weeks where I have actually gained weight or stayed around the same weight for days.  Then I get on the scale a few days later and have lost 3 pounds.  I think for me my fluid level goes up and down depending on my salt intake, amount of water I drink plus other things.  I know that I have gotten down on myself when I don't seem to loose the weight as fast as I think it should come off.  Just try to be patient with yourself – and pat yourself on the back for the weight you lost.  I just try to remind myself that I am on the downward slope even if there are a few plateaus and hills along the way.
