I am starting to run out of ideas for an evening snack, or should I say a bed time snack….I find that if I don't have something before going to bed then I wake up during the night hungry and I have to go and get something….I am also finding that I need something sweet or something that I think is sweet in the evening.

I did go and buy some of those new desert source yogurts and am going to try one of those.

I am also looking for other snack ideas that any of you might have…..as I think I need some more variety in my new eating plan.

yes please do send me the recipe.  I did make a quinoa pudding the other night it was with almond breeze, quinoa, raisins and I added some slivered almonds and cinnamon and ginger, oh yeah and there was a mashed banana in there as well.

I do believe that yours might have more protein in it since you also add protein powder.  But most definately send me the recipe.  I am always up for trying new things

I think I have the recipe at home, so will try and remember to post it tonight.

Only thing when I make this stuff it makes so much and I end up eating it for days on end then I get so bored with it. or when I bake either cookies or muffins for myself they end up sitting in the freezer for a very long time.  I wish they would revamp the recipes for smaller quantities for us bariatric patients, know what I mean

Hey Liz

cant you just cut the recipe down by 1/2 or by 1/4 to make a smaller amount?
