How much food should I be eatting at 11months out? Still half a cup? I have noticed I can go about 3 hours between meals before I get a sick feeling and I am wondering if I am not getting enough food in?

I also notice at around 8pm to 9pm I get this feeling like i'm gonna puke my mouth waters and everything and once I have something to eat it goes away, its almost like i'm starving and I haven't ate allday. I use to have this feeling before my surgery as well and I am starting to think my mind is playing games on me trying to take me back to some old habits. Having a protien drink doesn't stop that feeling also.

8am Breakfast is either one Med egg scrambled up with no milk added, or 2 small protien pancakes (about 3inchs around) with about 1/4 cup of source yogurt.

10:30ish Snack- 1/2 a Asian Pear, Banana, Whatever fruit is around, Or protien shake

1pm Lunch 1 small baked chicken breast with salsa.

3pm (cause around this time i feel like i'm going to pass out if i dont eat.) Protien shake or 1/2  chicken breast or some almonds, fruit/veggies

6ish Dinner Small Chicken breast or 4 ounces steak/Roast/Fish with about 1/4 cup of steamed veggies.

8-9pm whatever snacky food I can find, like 1/2 chicken breast (I have gotten creative in how I cook it lol) with some veggies from dinner or 1/2 asian pear or mini bag of popcorn or handful of almonds.

Hi Lissy:

Very good choices  ;D

I'm assuming you're still losing every week … I would suggest adding another half fruit or vegies some where between your morning snack and lunch …(fairly long gap there)

Also is it possible to eat dinner slightly earlier and then have half an apple at say 7 with your normal snack at 8:30ish??

I think what I'm trying to say is there's just a bit too long of time between your meals and your snacks.

I have lost 174lbs since my surgery. I have been in a stall/very slow like a pound here and there for about 4weeks.  But since my surgery I haven't been in a stall in my weight loss untill now. I have about 50-60 more lbs before I am going to be at pre PS goal.

I will try and change my times around, Dinner is always between 6-6:30 due to others in the house but I can move my snacks/meals around durn the day.
