well i am 8 weeks post op and i feel great. i am down 43 lbs to day.

i saw dr tang on march 4th and he was so happy to see me and how well i was doing i was down 33 lbs when i saw him.

he wants me to come see him again in october and wants me down at least 50-70 lbs by then.

he says that he would like to see me before panni is done to be at least weighing 170-180lbs. he said that he will refer me to have my panni done once i get close to goal weight since i wont be able to lose it on my own since 10-15 lbs of it in scar tissue.

my face looks so different and it almost looks to what my face looked like when i was in grade 12 which was in 1997.

walking everyday 30 mins or more and start hitting the gym or pool 5 days a week starting tomorrow.

well i had my surgery on jan 11th and as of today i am down to 292lbs. i have been doing great keeping buisy and shrinking away.

i have gone from a size 5xl to a 3xl since surgery but also have gone from a DDD48 to DD42.

i feel great my husband has lost 25 lbs since my surgery and my daughter has lost 9 lbs.

the only thing that i am having an issue with is being so tired when mentration comes as i cant do much besides sit ont he couch for the first 3 days since i feel so tired so going to make an appt to see my gp and get some blood work done.

both my kids will be in school this year daughter is grade 2 and son in kidergarten so i am going to be doing daycare for 4 full time kids and then 2 drop in basis so keeping buisy.
