If you`re having problems logging in, you probably have the security setting in your browser set wrong. Our site requires cookies to be accepted.
Here’s a more detailed approach. If you follow it step by step, you should have no problems.
1. All user names and passwords are case sensitive.
Check the box that says “Remember me”
Click on the “Login>>” Button
2.If all goes well, you should see Welcome “Your Username.” All is well:) …goto your Profile page and set your password to what ever is easy for you to remember. The new password fields on the profile page are at the bottom. As the friendly Giant said …Go WAY down!
If things did NOT go well, you’ll see a small error message and the login fields again. If that happens, goto step 3.
3. You can have the system reset your password by clicking on the “Lost Your Password” link at the bottom of the login widget. Enter your emaill address or User Name. The system will send you an email with a confirmation link in it. (This verify that you’re not a Spam Bot … that you’re a really person) Click on the verification link will cause the system to reset your password and send you a final email with the new system generated password. It will look something like this: *w@voqd5xpT#
Use your copy/paste function to copy this password and paste it into the password field when you login. Once again you can login using:
User name: JohnSmithWLS - (remember, it case sensitive
Password: *w@voqd5xpT#
Check the box that says “Remember me”
Click on the “Login>>” Button
Goto step 4 to change your password to something easy to remember.
If all else fails, send me ron.merk@telus.net a copy of your user name and password or call me at
