My account / user ID seems to no longer exist. What happened?

Positive Negative

There are 2 common reason for this. Both have to do with your email address that you registered with.

We send out regular newsletters. Often we get the following message back from a particular ID:

"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

xxxxxx@telus.net
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO::
host mx.svc.telus.net [199.185.220.200]: 550 :
Recipient address rejected: User unknown"

Receiving this response is caused either because the person who owned the email no longer owns it and has failed to re-register a new email in their profile on our site or their email client is rejecting mail from blazeonline.com (they have not marked us as a safe email sender to their account.) Either way, in order to maintain an update membership list, we delete the account and hope you'll re-register with an appropriate email address.
