Does anyone know of a low fat cheddar cheese that WLS can have?

Rating: +0

Positive Negative

There are some low fat cheese's out there, but cheese as a whole should not be used as a source of anything but protein. If you considered it as a protein, then you can use it in your diet using the following criteria:

• Check the fat content per serving size (on the nutrition label) for number of grams of fat per serving size.
• Reduce your serving size to achieve 5 or less grams of fat.

Example: If 1 serving size is 30 gram with 15 grams per serving of fat, then reduce the serving size to 1/3
