Helping People Lose Weight Via Traditional & Surgery Alternatives
I am in pain. I am even more excited for my new body. 61 days left until the big day!!! I couldn’t be any more excited. I still have some denial that it’s actually happening. Each day I count my lucky stars that it’s finally happening for me. Right now I am in a lot of pain. I have a physical job and I am finding that if I exercise before I go to work then my feet are KILLING me by the time I even get to work (i work on concrete floors and i have bunions). When I come home from work I am ready to go to bed basically. I’m still managing to get the workouts in, but I’m thankful I won’t have this job after I have the surgery. I’m finding a different job that will be better for me and the hours I need to put in at the gym. Well nothing much new. Im still getting the lines like “oh the surgery won’t work for you” by some of the people I have told. I have decided I’m not telling any more people until I have had it and then if they ask me then I will explain about my “tool”…I’m just done with the negativity. I’m also going through a rough time with some of my family members. Not to do with the surgery, but other issues. My own cousin basically threatened to fight me for no reason at all. I think my family needs therapy…lol Well anyhow I have a very supportive other cousin, mom, dad, boyfriend and best friend.
I will write back when theres more news!!
My new favorite workout: shadowboxing!!!!!
