Helping People Lose Weight Via Traditional & Surgery Alternatives
Well I am so happy to say that I have been blessed. I have a beautiful baby niece Avery whom I threw a baby shower for on Saturday. We had a lot of fun and we had a buffet style for the foods. I ate healthy. I had a piece of the meat and then some veggies and fruit. I think I did pretty good. I had to explain why I wasn’t eating much for when most people see a fat person they think “Oh geeze look at her plate, it’s so large” so seeing me with a tiny amount on my plate must have shocked a few folks. lol. Last week I was in Victoria helping my Dad get settled back at the house after his cancer removal surgery. He’s doing fine, a little loopy from all the wonder drugs they gave him, but he is good nonetheless. I got to check out my venue for the wedding and let me tell you it is a dream wedding. I have not had ANY time for workouts!! Last week I got a 30 minute walk in when I walked my dog and that was it. Then this weekend was filled with baby shower prep and taking care of baby for my cousin and man I am tired. Today though, I cannot wait to step on the treadmill as it is a shit storm outside. Tomorrow I will be able to hit the gym again thank the lord! It’s funny…before surgery I did work out 3-4 times a week, but now I work out at least 5-7 and when I don’t get a workout in I miss it!!!!!! But since I haven’t been able to work out this last week, I was very very extra careful on my diet to make up for it.
Well that is pretty much it for me. I am sitting pretty at 196 the last time I weighed in which was on Monday the 21st. And I was hoping to weigh in tomorrow, but unfortunately good old Aunt Flow is in town so I won’t get to do that now for another week!! Here’s to hoping I have a good loss the next time I weigh in!!! lol.
