Well I weighed in this morning with my aunt flow still in town, but I couldn’t wait any longer and I am down four pounds since last weigh in last monday so exactly one week. I lost 4 pounds in 1 week! woo hoo! I can’t wait to see what I’ll do this week! lol. I am now 192.0 and I will be in the 180′s soon….as well as I only have 5 pounds to go until I am at my 50 pound loss goal. Wow. My 2nd goal is actually going to be hit soon!!! eek!
I had a great workout at the gym today after not been able to go for a week! I missed it big time! It’s become a part of my life now and honestly I have anxiety when I can’t go. I’m fine if I do the treadmill and stuff at home too, but I love the gym. I have a passion for fitness that I never knew existed until I was able to do more. It’s amazing…I can run around the track with all of the “normal” sized people and even pass some of them and feel so completely normal. My friends would debate the fact that I say I am normal…but I feel normal lol.
Since all my workout gear is getting to be too loose it is time for some new stuff! I was running around the track today and I had to keep tugging at my pants so they wouldn’t expose my lady bits. Geeze, I didn’t realize they were so loose when I was at home and when I started bounding down the track, my pants followed suit to the ground. So needless to say I am going to be looking for some Medium work out pants! Ahh! MEDIUM! Wow. Not too long ago I was XL and sometimes that wouldn’t fit! wow.
See what 45 pounds does on a short person?? lol haha it does a lot!!! lol.
